AMP in PWA: This is AMP content

This page demonstrates the AMP in PWA pattern:

1. The header and footer are part of the parent PWA page app shell
2. The AMP content is loaded via Shadow AMP runtime
3. The header and footer of the AMP content are removed before letting the Shadow AMP render the AMP page
4. The PWA includes a service worker which caches the AMP content
5. The PWA includes a web app manifest
